Marked by Awe and Presence
An Ecumenical Worship Gathering
Friday, November 8 at 7:00 PM
This evening of worship invites us to stand in awe before the radiant presence of God. Like Ezekiel, who fell on his face before the brilliance of the Lord’s glory (Ezekiel 1:28), we come to behold the beauty and holiness that surpasses all human understanding.
In Christ, that same glory takes root in us. As Jesus said, “By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples” (John 15:8). Our worship is not only wonder but response — a turning of hearts that reflects God’s light into the world.
The vision of Revelation reminds us where this story leads: “The city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb” (Revelation 21:23). On this night, we gather as one body across traditions to taste that eternal light, to dwell in His presence, and to be marked again by awe.
Come and be renewed by the wonder of God’s glory, the abiding presence of Christ, and the shared hope of all His people
