Our Sunday School program will begin September 18, 2022 and will run every Sunday from 10-11, during church service.  All children will be together for a Musical Opening worship at 10:00am, the elementary school students, grades 1-6, will remain downstairs for their lesson. The students Grade 1- 6 will be working through a new curriculum this year called “Enduring Faith” by Concordia Publishing House. 2022-2023 will be an overview of the Bible and its major themes, tracing God’s plan of salvation from Genesis to Revelation. We invite all families with children in these age groups to attend.

Our Preschool/kindergarten class of children aged 3 – 5. Our curriculum is called “Little Lambs”, by Concordia Publishing House, and is specifically designed for Preschool/kindergarten aged children. In our class, we include some playtime, Bible story time, learning time with songs and action rhymes, as well as a short snack time.
To ensure our Sunday School program is able to proceed we are in need of more volunteer teachers and teacher
assistants.  Our teaching teams work on a rotation so they are not required to teach every Sunday. The curriculum has a very thorough teaching guide for each lesson, clearly outlining how to present the lesson to the children and providing some options for activities or crafts to apply the lessons. We will have a teachers meeting September 7 to review the new curriculum together, develop a schedule, meet with our musical director and align all volunteers for the year.
